As a matter of principle, we do not respond to online "reviews" posted to third party websites, whether or positive or negative. Although, we greatly appreciate the overwhelming number of positive reviews and are very humbled to read so many superlatives. Keep it up, the more the merrier!
On the other hand, if you were dissatisfied with our performance in any way, we humbly ask that you bring it to our attention. Either "in the moment" or within the immediate days following your visit, please make us aware and allow an opportunity to remedy your displeasure. We strive to meet your expectations and are committed turn any dissatisfaction into satisfaction. If you extend us this courtesy yet remain displeased, than we have obviously failed miserably. Post your review and share your comments, we give you "the floor". Without excuses, without defenses you have the last word. We will respectfully endure your tongue lashing, and accept a well-deserved public chastising.
